INSTRUCTIONS
You need to be on top of Table Mountain at the Abseil site at least 15 mins before the booked time. Pay balance, if applicable, to the Abseil Instructor.
Abseil times: Daily on the half hour between 10:00 a.m. and 15:00 p.m.

Suggested transport to the cable-car station from Cape Town:

Requirements: Medium physical fitness. 112 m hike back to the top after Abseil.
What to bring: Sunblock, camera, warm jacket and appropriate shoes.
What is included: Demonstration, instruction and all abseiling equipment.
What is not included: Cable-car fare up or down.
Terms and Conditions: Should the activity be cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions you may postpone to another day or receive a full refund for any payments made. Should you be late for the scheduled time, all payments made will be forfieted or at the discretion of the Instructor the abseil will be re-scheduled for a later time.
